1950s Processed Plastics Co. blue plastic race car with large black wheels and No. 7 on car body back quarter and front with red plastic driver and wheel. Car has wear/tear, drivers head is almost fully detached from body per photos, surface scratches/stains and measures about 2" height by 7" length by 3" wheel width.
