Vintage cobalt blue glass tall skinny decanter with fun thin and fat gold horizontal striping and matching stopper. Decanter has wear, finish loss to gold paint, scratches and measures 13" bottle and 17" total height by 2" top and 3 1/2" bottom diameters.
