Mirror and frame have wear/tear, scratches, finish loss, frame left side appears to have gotten wet at some point so has discoloration, cracks, staining, mildew and frame measures 16 1/2" height by 22 1/2" width and mirror is 11 1/2" height by 17 1/2" width.
