1980s Cream, Green, and Red Enamel Arch Picture Frame from Romanov Gifts Co. This beautiful picture frame is made from metal with a vibrant cream, green, and red enamel coating and gold-colored finished edges and clear gem accents. Imperial crowns sit in each corner and the round medallions hold floral, musical, and imperial motifs. Measures approx. 4.75" x 6.25". Has about 2" depth with kickstand out. Image display is approx. 2.75" x 4.25".
