Circa 1962 Victor brown ceramic round and metal double bell pole wire insulator with 10,000 lbs and Victor stamps. Insulator has wear/tear, tarnish/rust, stains, finish loss and is about 14" total height by 5 1/2" ceramic disc diameter and weighs about 13 pounds.
