We have a huge assortment of unique items. Unique being the operative word. We take a whole bunch of pictures and put measurements in the listings. We show defects when we find them. And you are welcome to ask us any additional questions about an item prior to purchasing. With all this care taken to list an item, we can not accept returns.
We ship in house. Our packaging methods are excellent and we take the greatest care to prevent breakage. However, we do not have control over how the package is treated once it leaves our facility. Breakage happens. Rarely, but it does. We cannot replace a unique item, but we can help with filing a claim with the shipping service. Please photograph everything and keep it until the claim is accepted!
